WE ENSURE THE QUALITY AND DURABILITY OF ALL RENE LEBLANC JEWELRY.
RENE LEBLANC JEWELRY IS HANDCRAFTED BY SKILLED ARTISANS IN TORONTO, CANADA.

EACH PIECE IS CRAFTED WITH PRECISION AND CARE, REFLECTING SUBTLE DETAILS, AND OCCASIONALLY SHOWING THE MARKS OF ARTISANAL CRAFTSMANSHIP. OUR JEWELRY IS FABRICATED USING A WIDE RANGE OF COMPONENTS, INCLUDING (BUT NOT LIMITED TO): BRASS, SILVER, STEEL, BRONZE, SEMI-PRECIOUS GEMSTONES, NATURAL PEARLS, CRYSTAL, GLASS, VINTAGE COMPONENTS, AND/OR ANTIQUE FINDINGS. DUE TO THE INHERENT CHARACTERISTICS OF THESE MATERIALS, SLIGHT NUANCES IN COLOUR OR MARKS OF AGE/ARTISANAL CRAFTSMANSHIP MAY BE PRESENT. THESE MATERIALS ARE DELIBERATELY CHOSEN, AND THE PATINA THAT MAY DEVELOP OVER A PERIOD OF TIME IS INTENDED TO ENHANCE THE OVERALL AESTHETIC OF THE PIECE.

WE ARE COMMITTED TO THE HIGHEST STANDARDS OF QUALITY AND DURABILITY. EACH PIECE WE CRAFT GOES THROUGH A MULTI-STEP QUALITY CONTROL PROCESS BEFORE IT REACHES YOU. IN THE RARE INSTANCE THAT OUR QUALITY DOES NOT MEET YOUR [AND OUR OWN] EXPECTATIONS, WE PROVIDE JEWELRY REPAIR SERVICES FOR PIECES EXPERIENCING MANUFACTURING ISSUES (E.G. IMMEDIATE DISCOLORATION OR BENT EARRING POSTS).



JEWELRY REPAIR SERVICES

RENE LEBLANC PROVIDES JEWELRY REPAIR SERVICES, FOR A ONE-YEAR PERIOD FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE.

SECTION 1- REPAIR POLICY
JEWELRY REPAIR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED FOR PIECES PURCHASED AT FULL PRICE FROM WWW.RENELEBLANC.COM, FOR A ONE-YEAR PERIOD FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE. REPAIRS ARE LIMITED TO MANUFACTURING ISSUES ONLY. EACH REPAIR IS EVALUATED ON A CASE-BY-CASE BASIS AND IS AT THE DISCRETION AND ABILITY OF RENE LEBLANC.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS SERVICE SPECIFICALLY ADDRESSES MANUFACTURING ISSUES AND DOES NOT INCLUDE THE CLEANING, POLISHING, RESIZING, RESTRINGING, CUSTOMIZING, OR REDESIGN OF YOUR RENE LEBLANC JEWELRY. DAMAGES BEYOND THE SCOPE OF MANUFACTURING RESPONSIBILITY INCLUDE: DENTS, CHIPPED OR SCRATCHED PLATING [DUE TO MISHANDLING], AND DISCOLORATION [DUE TO MISTREATMENT AND/OR EXPOSURE]. RENE LEBLANC CURRENTLY DOES NOT OFFER PRODUCT REFURBISHMENT OR RE-PLATING.

* WE DO NOT OFFER REPLACEMENTS FOR LOST INDIVIDUAL EARRINGS.
** REPLACEMENT EARRING BACKS [PAIR] ARE AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE IN OUR "EARRINGS SECTION".


SECTION 2- REPAIR PROCESS
IF YOU ARE CONCERNED WITH THE QUALITY OF YOUR RENE LEBLANC JEWELRY, OR ARE EXPERIENCING A DURABILITY ISSUE, PLEASE SUBMIT A REPAIR REQUEST. YOU MAY CONTACT OUR CLIENT SERVICES BY SENDING AN EMAIL TO INFO@RENELEBLANC.COM TO INFORM US OF YOUR CONCERN. AFTER SUBMISSION, WE WILL REACH OUT TO YOU TO GATHER PHOTOGRAPHS AND DISCUSS NEXT STEPS. ONCE YOUR REPAIR REQUEST HAS BEEN APPROVED, WE WILL PROVIDE YOU WITH A RETURN SHIPPING LABEL VIA EMAIL, TO SHIP YOUR PIECE TO US AND INITIATE AN EVALUATION. ONCE CONFIRMED DEFECTIVE, WE WILL DETERMINE THE BEST OPTION TO REPAIR AND RETURN YOUR PIECE BACK TO YOU IN A TIMELY MANNER.

IN SITUATIONS WHERE YOUR PIECE IS NOT CONSIDERED DEFECTIVE, WE WILL REACH OUT TO YOU VIA EMAIL, TO DISCUSS OTHER OPTIONS AND THE NECESSARY SERVICE FEES FOR REPAIRING YOUR DAMAGED PIECE. IN THE EVENT AN ITEM ARRIVES TO US IN A DIFFERENT CONDITION THAN SHOWN IN PHOTOGRAPHS, THAT PACKAGE WILL BE REJECTED.


SECTION 3- REPAIR RETURN INSTRUCTIONS
1- WRAP THE PIECE YOU WISH TO HAVE REPAIRED SAFELY TO AVOID DAMAGE; PLACE IT IN ITS ORIGINAL PACKAGE, IF ANY, AND THEN INSIDE THE SHIPPING BOX IN WHICH YOU RECEIVED YOUR ORDER. INCLUDE YOUR NAME, CONTACT INFORMATION AND ORDER RECEIPT (OR PROOF OF PURCHASE) INSIDE THE PACKAGE.

2- PRINT AND ATTACH THE RETURN SHIPPING LABEL TO THE OUTSIDE OF THE BOX, ON TOP OF THE ORIGINAL LABEL, AND SEAL THE BOX SECURELY. MAKE SURE TO COVER ANY EXISTING SHIPPING LABELS.

3- GIVE THE PACKAGE TO THE COURIER IDENTIFIED ON THE RETURN SHIPPING LABEL. PRODUCTS MUST BE RETURNED WITHIN FOURTEEN (14) CALENDAR DAYS OF THE REPAIR REQUEST IN ORDER TO BE ACCEPTED.

4- WE WILL COMPLETE THE REPAIR IN A TIMELY MANNER AND RETURN YOUR PIECE TO YOU.

* WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU USE A SHIPPING SERVICE/COURIER WITH A TRACKING NUMBER, AND THAT YOU TAKE OUT INSURANCE COVERING THE TOTAL VALUE OF YOUR REPAIR RETURN PACKAGE.
RENE LEBLANC CANNOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR PACKAGES THAT ARE NOT PROPERLY LABELLED OR THAT DO NOT REACH US FOR ANY REASON.


SECTION 4- ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
IN OUR COMMITMENT TO SUSTAINABILITY AND TO WASTE REDUCTION, WE KEEP ONLY A SMALL INVENTORY OF JEWELRY COMPONENTS ON HAND. CONSEQUENTLY, YOUR RENE LEBLANC PIECES MAY HAVE BEEN CRAFTED FROM COMPONENTS THAT WERE 'ONE-OF-A-KIND', ARE CURRENTLY OUT OF STOCK OR ARE NO LONGER AVAILABLE. IN SUCH CASES, WE MAY OFFER OR SUGGEST DESIGN ALTERNATIVES.
